Exhibitor Services Representative (ESR)
We have an exciting opportunity for an ESR to join our team!
SUMMARY
Process exhibitor orders, collects revenue, assists exhibitor with questions and trouble shoots exhibitor problems, provides informational flow to other departments, staffs service desk at show site, pre-show telemarketing.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assembles and distributes exhibitors kits either via mail or e-mail.
- Pre-show telephone and e-mail marketing to increase advance orders, enabling more comprehensive view of the event production; Research and qualify exhibitor contact info in competitor events in order to telemarket.
- Processes exhibitor orders, update exhibitor lists, enters freight, and process payments.
- Provides accurate and timely information (i.e. delivery lists, I&D labor requirements and special requests) to sales staff, operations manager, graphics and production supervisors.
- Staffs service desk at show site during move in, show hours, and move out.
- Assist exhibitors by phone to receive/clarify orders for all TEE furnishings and services.
- Collects and reports exhibitor revenue to Exhibitor Services Manager.
- Close of show administrative duties and follow-up.
QUALIFICATIONS

Must have effective written and oral communication skills. Must have the ability to cope under pressure and be able to meet deadlines. Must possess strong organizational skills and be detail oriented. Must have basic math and problem solving ability.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Must have a minimum of two years customer service experience. Must have at least one year of experience in the trade show industry, either in production, customer service or sales capacity.
