Exhibitor Services And Pricing

We recognize that exhibitors have to plan their budgets well in advance of an event, and that fair pricing should be expected and not come as a surprise.

The cost of participating in trade shows has risen dramatically over the past few years. We are not only aware of that fact, but make a conscious effort to bring each and every exhibitor fair pricing structures.

Some areas we shine for exhibitors include:

- Offering custom looking furnishings for standard furnishing prices
- Charging a flat rate for receiving delivering small packages at show site
- No surcharges for marshalling yard services
- No automatic premiums for van line shipments.
- We go the extra mile for our exhibitors. From the time we send exhibitor kits we assign a customer service team to contact each exhibitor personally for reminders of deadlines, and to assist in shipping and ordering.

We recognize that exhibitors have to plan their budgets well in advance of an event, and that fair pricing should be expected and not come as a surprise.

Exhibitors always have a person they can contact and become familiar with, and then they actually meet the person at the service desk on show site. We track freight and report what we have received to each exhibitor, and we offer suggestions if we notice something that can make their job easier or save them money.

Our goal is to have 100% satisfaction for all exhibitors.
